A hotel and golf resort in Norwich is seeking a night reception team member to manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
