A leading gaming and sports betting company is seeking a Group Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Associate in Greater London. In this role, you will support the implementation of a best-in-class E&C programme while collaborating with colleagues globally. Required skills include excellent organisational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft 365. Job description

As a Group Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of various workstreams to help implement a best-in‑class E&C programme at Entain. This individual contributor position will work across the whole business and engage with colleagues across the globe. Your energy, enthusiasm, and ability to collaborate will help make a difference in enhancing our E&C programme. An understanding of E&C frameworks, policies, and initiatives is beneficial but not essential. Reporting to the Senior Manager Group Ethics, you will be part of the growing Ethics team, which sits in the wider Governance function. The remit of the Group Ethics team includes bribery, corruption, gifts, hospitality and donations, conflicts of interest, competition law, sanctions, human rights and modern slavery, fraud, and tax evasion. The role requires excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills. The ability to prioritise and work autonomously as a proactive self‑starter will be invaluable. Expertise in using the Microsoft 365 suite (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.
