Job summary
A leading food safety consultancy is seeking a Technical Manager in Wisbech to oversee food safety and quality processes. The ideal candidate will have exceptional BRC knowledge and experience in fostering strong relationships with major retailers. This role involves managing HACCP systems and promoting a culture of quality in a growing business focused on people. Competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 offered.

You will be responsible for food safety, quality and integrity across a site that manufactures premium products for a variety of customer. Management of HACCP, site audits and promoting a quality culture are your bread and butter but the development and management of first class food safety systems will be a big strength of yours.
You will work closely with the rest of the senior management team that understand that product quality and safety ownership is not just for the technical team.
