The role requires in-depth financial planning knowledge and experience in managing technical teams. You will ensure high-quality output and maintain effective relationships with suppliers. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Advisory Services team at Hargreaves Lansdown (HL). As Advisory Technical Manager, you will lead a team of analysts that support our Financial Advisers in the delivery of their advice to clients, providing in-depth analysis on complex cases, producing quality output that improves Adviser productivity and enhances the client experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician or Paraplanner to make a difference by supporting our Advisers to provide great advice and good outcomes for our clients in this growing segment of HL.
This will be a two-stage interview process, including an initial conversation followed by a second stage with a formal interview, including a task and competency-based questions.
Based in Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This is a permanent, full-time position. For this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home and coming into the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
