A leading tier-one automotive manufacturer is seeking a Weekend Maintenance Team Leader to support its growing maintenance function. This is a key role as the business continues to invest in new machinery and scale up its engineering team to meet rising production demands.
- Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance engineers across mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Manage and deliver planned maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and enhance equipment performance.
- Provide expert fault-finding and technical support.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Uphold health and safety standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a mechanical/electrical maintenance leadership role within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of PLC systems (Siemens experience is a plus).
- Confident in leading and motivating teams on a weekend shift.

- Weekend Shift: Saturday to Monday, 6am - 6pm
