Job summary

A secondary school recruitment agency is seeking a Cover Supervisor starting November 2025. The role involves supervising classes and managing student behaviour while assisting with educational activities. Ideal candidates will have experience with secondary age children and skills in building relationships with students and staff. This position runs until mid-July 2026.

Responsibilities

Overview

Cover Supervisor - Required for November 2025. Smart Education are working with a Secondary School across the West Midlands who will require Cover Supervisors for the new academic year based in Worcester. The role will start after half term, to then run for the remainder of the academic year, through to mid July.

The role will involve supervising whole classes under the guidance of teaching/senior staff, including managing students' behaviours and assisting students in relevant learning activities in line with schools' policies and procedures.
