Overview

Industrial Cleaning Supervisor - Construction Sector

Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for weekends & emergency call-outs

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team within the construction sector. This role requires a proactive leader who can oversee cleaning teams and ensure high standards are delivered across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervising industrial cleaning operations on construction sites
• Operating and overseeing the use of high-pressure jet washes and specialised cleaning machinery
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards at all times
• Responding to emergency call-outs and coordinating weekend work when required
• Working at height and ensuring safe practices are followed
• Liaising with site management and reporting on progress

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Previous supervisory experience in industrial cleaning or a similar role
• Experience using high-pressure jet washing equipment and other cleaning machinery
• Comfortable working at height
• IPAF licence (desirable)
