We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Part-Time Catering Supervisor position, working 30 hours per week, to join our friendly, busy, and dynamic Catering Team based at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford.
The post holder will work as part of the food service team in the Catering Department and at ward level, providing and maintaining an efficient catering service for both patient and commercial services. Responsibilities include supporting the assistant catering manager with operational duties and liaising with other departments as necessary.
Candidates should possess an NVQ Level 3 in supervisory or have previous team leader experience, a Diploma in Supervisory Management, or relevant equivalent experience.

The post holder will supervise the day-to-day operations of the Patient Catering Service and retail units at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford. They will also contribute to developing strategic and operational plans for the services in collaboration with the Catering Operations Manager.
Our patient catering system is cook/chill, offering a variety of menu options, with food supplied by an external provider.
