Overview

We are recruiting for 1 full time permanent Team Lead to join the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin NHS Talking Therapies Service.

The Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin NHS Talking Therapies Service is a busy caring team consisting of Administration staff, PWPs, CBT Practitioners, and Counsellors. We deliver Talking Therapies to the people of Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and are committed to modern, diverse and growing services.

Working as part of the operational leadership team, you will provide line management to a group of Step 2 / Step 3 staff and will have opportunities to be actively involved in service development through project work. You will provide all aspects of line management support for a group of Step 2 / Step 3 staff within the Service.

You will work closely with the Strategic Operational Lead and Service Operational Lead to ensure that the Service KPIs are met.
