Overview

As a Care Team Leader at Sanders Senior Living, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care with professionalism, kindness, and compassion. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensure the highest standards of care, keep accurate records, and communicate effectively with colleagues. You will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, providing physical, social, and emotional care to residents, and you will handle medication and ensure medication audits are in order.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and provide high-quality care to residents, promoting safety, respect, and independence.
  • Lead and supervise a team of Care Assistants, ensuring adherence to care standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering comprehensive care.
  • Handle medication administration and ensure all medication processes and audits are in order.
Qualifications
  • Experience in person-centred care planning and dementia care.
  • Experience leading teams to deliver exceptional care.
  • Positive energy, strong relationship-building skills, and excellent organisational abilities.
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
