A local government authority in Nuneaton is seeking a Specialist Qualified Team Manager to lead the Family Help Team. This full-time, permanent role involves providing management and oversight to Family Practitioners, and requires significant experience in children's social work. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with a degree in a relevant area. The Family Help Team are based at The Hilary Road Centre, Hilary Road, Nuneaton, CV10 9AD
As a Specialist Qualified Team Manager, you will be based within the locality Family Help team, providing line management and reflective supervision to Family Practitioners and Family Support Workers at Child in Need and Targeted Early Support Thresholds.

Specialist Team Manager
Working hours – 37 hrs per week, with agile and flexible working options generally worked from 9am till 5.30 pm Monday – Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays.
