The successful candidate will develop, implement, manage and be accountable for an effective S106 / CIL payment monitoring system.
They will lead in the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and the production of associated reports, co-ordinate proposals for S106 funding and present to S106 Sub-Committee for decision and act as the lead professional expert in the council for S106 / CIL and be the main contact for all stakeholders and partners.
