About the role

The Excel Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Behaviour Co‑ordinator to join our team of highly motivated professionals who work collaboratively to raise standards and expectations at all levels throughout Key Stages 3 and 4. You will support the school’s culture of pride and respect, fostering a sense of belonging across the organisation.

Key Qualifications

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public, including staff and students, in accurate spoken English is essential. Postholders must be able to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English.
