A medical diagnostics company is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team in Gateshead. CK Group are currently recruiting for a Service Manager on behalf of a medical diagnostic company.
This role will be based at their site in Gateshead and is a permanent role with Mon-Fri daytime working hours.
Competitive (depending on experience)
The successful candidate will lead and develop a skilled team of service engineers working closely with the Technical Support Team to ensure all customer issues are resolved efficiently and within key performance targets.
This is primarily a site-based role with travel for emergency cover and support estimated to be less than 25%. International travel will be required more than UK travel.
