North Yorkshire Citizens Advice & Law Centre

North Yorkshire Citizens Advice & Law Centreury окна independent charity providing free, confidential and impartial advice. With offices across North Yorkshire, we support more than 25,000 people each year. We are seeking an Advice Session Supervisor/Advice Service Manager to provide support and supervision to staff and volunteers working in our offices, remotely and at outreach locations.

In this role, you will manage the practicalities of advice sessions, maintain quality standards and guide advisers to deliver accurate, client‑centred advice. Strong IT skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and a good understanding of equality and diversity are essential.

Applicants must be able and willing to work in one of our North Yorkshire offices: Harrogate, Malton, Northallerton, Richmond, Scarborough, Selby, Skipton or Whitby. Preference will be given to candidates able to travel to and work in the Harrogate area.
