Better Healthcare is recruiting experienced Live-In Carers to provide person-focused care to clients with complex needs within their own homes.

You will live with your client in their home and stay for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time. You are required to stay in the property with your client at all times, apart from a 2-hour daily break.

We are currently offering:

• Training

Requirements for candidates:

• Flexibility and reliability
• Passion for caring for vulnerable people with various health issues
• At least 6 months of experience in the care sector
• Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

Client conditions may include:

• Ventilators
• Epilepsy
• Free clinical training will be provided
