A large European organisation is seeking an experienced Procure to Pay Department Manager to lead end-to-end P2P and Payments Operations across multiple countries. We are partnering with a large European organisation to recruit an experienced Procure to Pay (P2P) Department Manager to lead end-to-end P2P and Payments Operations across a multi-country environment.
This is a senior finance operations role, suited to a process-led, transformation-focused leader with experience managing shared services and driving standardisation and automation at scale.
You will have end-to-end ownership of the Procure to Pay and Payments processes across Europe, providing both strategic direction and operational leadership. Working closely with Finance, Procurement, IT, Treasury and outsourced partners, you will ensure efficient, compliant and future‑ready processes. You will also play a key role in finance transformation initiatives, systems projects and operating model design, while maintaining accountability for day‑to‑day service delivery.
