HR Assistant – Employee Experience & Operations (Contract)
Job summary
A specialist recruitment consultancy is seeking an HR Assistant to support HR operations in a shared service environment. Responsibilities include handling HR queries, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have professional English skills and relevant experience in service-oriented roles. Knowledge of Workday and ticketing systems is a plus. This is an internship/contract position based in Leeds offering £25.00 per hour.
Qualifications
- Fully professional English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Some relevant professional experience within a service-oriented environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support HR Operations services including verified ID processes and data entry.
- Handle employee and HR-related queries in a professional manner.
