Qualifications

• Proven engineering background with FLT, Mobile Plant, HGV, or Industrial Vehicle experience.
• Strong technical skills in Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic systems.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience in an engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of field service engineers.
• Ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Mentor engineers and balance hands-on technical work with client interaction.
