PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of a scheduler is a critical function within the Latus Group, ensuring our service delivery is prompt, organised and efficient, but also considering the cost to provide this service as well as the impact on the resource. The postholder will have unrivalled organisational skills, excellent customer service and will be able to quickly establish rapport with both clients and health professionals.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Contacting exciting clients by telephone or email to arrange Occupational Health Appointment which take place in clinic or by phone / video.
  • Identifying the most appropriate resource to fulfil the appointment ensuring that the appropriate margins are made.
  • Ensure capacity within the diaries.
  • Liaise with associates to resource appointments if required and raise the relevant Purchase Orders.
  • Book any associated travel or accommodation if required.
  • Working to KPIs regarding volume of clients contacted and appointments booked.
  • Carrying out a variety of admin duties and responsibilities as required.
