Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, and process client and helpdesk requests.
  • Translate client issues into actions for FM/engineering.
  • Manage work orders via CAFM systems.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to schedule attendance.
  • Provide administrative support to the service delivery team.
