- Provide accurate and detailed information about available properties and services.
- Maintain regular communication with potential buyers to address queries and build relationships.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Ensure the sales area is well-presented and fully stocked with marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure properties are ready for viewing or handover.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- A successful Sales Advisor should have:
