Leisure Club Assistant - Zero Hours - Eastwood Hall, Nottingham
We are looking for a Leisure Club Assistant at Eastwood Hall, part of The Venues Collection.
£12.60 per hour + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- To assist with general duties in the club & ensure the smooth running of the department.
- To maintain the highest cleanliness standards in & around the club to ensure member satisfaction.
- To ensure all Health & Safety requirements are always met for the safety of members and staff.
- To maximise sales opportunities wherever possible.
- Supply the highest levels of customer care & service.
- To provide gym inductions to new & existing members (providing you have the necessary qualifications).
- To attend any departmental and training meetings as required.
- To be dressed in a smart and professional manner in conjunction with the Quality Standards stated in your handbook.
- To undertake any other reasonable duty as requested by a member of the Management team.
- To comply with all health and safety legislation.
- To be fully aware of the:
- Accident reporting procedure
- Maintenance fault reporting procedure
- Fire policy for your department
- To understand how the Hotel's/Venue's health and safety policy affects your department and how it links in with the rest of the Hotel/Centre.
- To be a valued member of your Hotel/Venue's team, helping and advising colleagues where required, always promoting the image of the Hotel/Venue and that of the Company through active sales activity and a positive approach.
- To comply with any reasonable request from the management team or your Head of Department.

Our ideal Leisure Assistant will possess:
Skills
- Gym Instructor.
- Pool Lifeguard.
- First Aid (all advantageous but not essential).
Experience
- Not essential but advantageous.
