Job summary
A leading automotive retailer in Wolverhampton is seeking a Service Advisor to be the link between customers and the workshop. You will ensure a seamless service experience, promote vehicle health checks, and assist with service plan sales. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a proactive sales mindset, and is organized. The role offers a salary of £28,665, OTE of £41,807, as well as extensive benefits including 33 days of annual leave and exclusive discounts.
