Job summary
A leading recruitment company is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager in Cambridgeshire. The role involves establishing a customer base, maximizing sales, and maintaining customer relations within the timber and building products sector. Candidates must have a proven track record in business development and be able to travel daily to the client's premises. The position offers a competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 with an OTE of £65,000+, plus bonuses, private healthcare, and career progression opportunities.

- Own transport is essential for travel to various customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow customer base using business development techniques.
- Maximise sales and profit.
- Build and develop customer relations.
- Promote sales of the product range.
- Work closely with the Sales Director and team.
- Run projects through Hubspot CRM.
- Visit potential businesses to promote products.
- Field sales representation.
- Travel to current customer sites for relationship maintenance.
