A leading estate agency in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their high-volume operation. The role involves matching buyers with sellers and identifying potential sellers in the local market. Candidates must possess excellent telephone selling skills and be committed to the entire selling process. The position offers a basic salary of £20,000 with impressive on-target earnings potential of £35,000 – £40,000, along with a car allowance.

We are looking for a high‑flying, experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join a high‑volume operation.
- Must be an existing Estate Agent with a deep knowledge of the local market.
- Match buyers with sellers – also identify “virtual sellers” who may not currently be listing but could be persuaded by the right opportunity.
- Drive yourself to appointments; your own car is required.
- Excellent telephone selling skills – the primary tool for generating business.
- Commit to the full selling process and use all available tools of trade, driving both personal and team success.
- Basic salary: £20,000 per annum.
- Car allowance: £200 per month.
- Personal sales commission starts at 5% and can increase to 70%.
- On‑target earnings: £35,000 – £40,000.
