Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager

City of London – 4 days In, 1 day WFH

Base up to capped OTE

A fast-growing specialist media and events organisation is seeking a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across a portfolio of high-profile conferences, publications and digital products within the institutional investment sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, commercially‑minded professional to join a tight‑knit friendly team in a hybrid setup. You’ll play a key role in shaping revenue strategy, building strong client relationships and contributing directly to the success of a respected and fast‑moving business.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Hitting and exceeding revenue targets across events, digital and print products
  • Conducting market and desk research to identify high‑value opportunities
  • Meeting clients (in‑person and virtually) to understand needs and present tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with production, editorial and operations teams to build compelling sponsorship packages
Requirements
