We seek a results-driven, target-focused sales assistant to join our store team. If you enjoy engaging with customers, exceeding sales goals, and leaving a lasting impression, Pandora is the place for you!

The role

Our sales assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing product and brand knowledge.

You will interact with people each shift, helping create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

What to expect from the role

• Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value
• Build relationships with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and tailoring approaches to individual needs
• Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and deliver memorable customer experiences
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data
• Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly
• Maintain high standards in merchandising and store environment
• Operate till systems, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges
