In this position you will act as a point of entry for customers, outside sales and other internal stakeholders. Primary responsibilities include handling all rate offers, building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, providing written quotes (including tenders and side conditions), ensuring follow‑up on quotes according to established guidelines, generating sales leads for other sales offices, ensuring accurate data entry into systems, and serving as the focal point for client communication with Customer Service, Finance and Trade Management. You will also be responsible for updating target lists, analysing and improving the portfolio to support outside sales, maintaining customer data in CRM, and conducting telemarketing “cold calls” based on established guidelines.
Role Summary: Provide sales and business development support alongside administration for cosmetic sales, working in a hybrid model (four days a week). Responsibilities include overseeing external sales mailboxes, allocating enquiries, and ensuring VAT compliance for the business centre of excellence.
Location: Chester, UK – Full‑time contract (9‑month initially with possibility of extension). Responsibilities involve ownership of VAT compliance in a fast‑paced, international environment, working closely with finance, trade management and other stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid (2‑4 days per week in Essex or Manchester). Duration: 6 months (inside IR35) starting ASAP (likely early 2026). Role: Overseeing implementation and execution of medium‑complex projects within the European risk compliance and legal workstreams.
Positions are available to engage new residential customers and help protect what matters most. Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting residential security solutions, qualifying leads and closing sales agreements.
Lead the successful rollout of customer projects, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure delivery of SaaS solutions for finance departments.
Salary ranges for selected roles are listed as follows: Inbound Enquiries Coordinator may earn between £29,460 and £31,010, with additional benefits including annual leave, bank holidays, and performance bonuses where applicable.
