About the role:

We're looking for a Performance Aftermarket Sales to join our dynamic sales team at our manufacturingfacility.

Key Responsibilities:

Role Requirements

• High level of knowledge and breadth of understanding with the automotive performance aftermarketsector.
• Provide automotive performance aftermarket expertise within the sales team regarding assignedautonomous tasks from the Technical Sales Manager.
• Respond customer enquiries/communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop & grow customer relationships.
• Identify and prospect potential customers.
• Generate clear, concise customer quotes as required.
• Encourage ‘add-on’ purchases to every sale.
• Ensure sales related paperwork is completed for every sale with a high level of accuracy.
• Work in collaboration with other departments to ensure products are built & delivered to eachcustomer within agreed time frame.
• Keep up to date with the performance aftermarket industry to aid PWR being at the forefront ofproduct development.
• Represent PWR in a professional manner at trade & promotional events.
• Expectation of travel within the UK & Europe on a periodic basis.
• Comply with company policies and current health & safety regulations.
• Participate in training as required.
• Persuasive and effective sales techniques.
• A deep understanding of how to provide exceptional customer service.
• Team player with a strong work ethic through high standards of personal and professional behaviour.
• High level of communication skills – both written & oral.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
• Team-working skills to collaborate and liaise with people at all levels.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence to respond positively when under pressure.
