Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join the Bishopston branch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong background in property sales, and is eager to take the next step in their career. You’ll play a key role in generating new business, building strong client relationships, and helping drive the ongoing success of the office.

You’ll also benefit from the support of a dedicated Sales Progressor, enabling you to focus on generating new instructions, conducting viewings, and negotiating offers — all while knowing your sales progression is handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full UK driving licence and access to own car (mileage paid at 45p per mile)

Package and Benefits
  • Basic salary: £30,000
  • Realistic OTE: £35,000+ (dependent on experience)
