Showroom Team Leader – Quorn Stone
As a Showroom Team Leader you will have a full understanding of the sales cycle, you will be experienced and confident in targeting, engaging and qualifying potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Support the Showroom Manager with sales, customer service and resolving issues as and when required.
- Manage your own leads and monitor the sales advisors’ workloads.
- Conduct face‑to‑face showroom appointments with customers.
- Answer incoming sales calls and make outbound calls to our customer database.
- Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries and provide outstanding after‑sales service.
- Provide advice on suitability, sizing and pricing whilst showcasing a natural flair for interiors.
- Update the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity.
- Arrange samples to be dispatched.
- Welcome customers to the showroom and build relationships, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome.
- Resolve problems and handle customer complaints.
- Guide the sales team in closing sales.
- Assist with new starter inductions and training.
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales environment (desirable).
- Experience in the luxury goods market (desirable).
- Knowledge of interiors (desirable).
- Experience in managing and developing a team.
- Extremely well‑organised and able to prioritise tasks.
- Enthusiastic and hands‑on.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to inspire those around you.
- Strong customer focus.
- Excellent communicator.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Compensation
Base Salary: £28,000.00‑£30,000.00 plus performance bonus potential of up to £13,952 (OTE £43,952).

- Opening hours: Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm, Saturday 9:30am‑5pm, Sunday closed.
Full‑time position. Location: In person. Licence/Certification: Driving licence required.
