Showroom Team Leader – Quorn Stone

As a Showroom Team Leader you will have a full understanding of the sales cycle, you will be experienced and confident in targeting, engaging and qualifying potential customers.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Showroom Manager with sales, customer service and resolving issues as and when required.
  • Manage your own leads and monitor the sales advisors’ workloads.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face showroom appointments with customers.
  • Answer incoming sales calls and make outbound calls to our customer database.
  • Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries and provide outstanding after‑sales service.
  • Provide advice on suitability, sizing and pricing whilst showcasing a natural flair for interiors.
  • Update the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity.
  • Arrange samples to be dispatched.
  • Welcome customers to the showroom and build relationships, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome.
  • Resolve problems and handle customer complaints.
  • Guide the sales team in closing sales.
  • Assist with new starter inductions and training.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a sales environment (desirable).
  • Experience in the luxury goods market (desirable).
  • Knowledge of interiors (desirable).
  • Experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Extremely well‑organised and able to prioritise tasks.
  • Enthusiastic and hands‑on.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to inspire those around you.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Compensation

Base Salary: £28,000.00‑£30,000.00 plus performance bonus potential of up to £13,952 (OTE £43,952).
