Overview

Are you looking for new challenges and personal growth within Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners? Then we have a great opportunity for you! As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will be interacting with will vary by location, but typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets within existing customer base and create new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen ongoing relationships with customers.
  • Promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Use digital technologies (iPhone and iPad) to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Manage workload and schedule independently, ensuring efficiencies and meeting key targets.
Qualifications
  • UK driving license or equivalent.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and located within a 60‑minute commute from the role location.
  • No prior experience required – we provide full training.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work well with others, stay active and thrive in a hands‑on role.
