Overview

Opportunity with an established, family‑run, manufacturer‑approved dealership in Canterbury. Enjoy a 5‑day working week, no Sundays, and a strong commission structure (OTE £50,000). This role is perfect for an experienced sales executive who values a supportive environment and strong brand backing, working on both new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a professional and customer‑focused sales experience
  • Manage the full sales journey for new and used vehicles
  • Build strong relationships with customers and local buyers
  • Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
  • Maintain accurate administration and FCA compliance
  • Represent the dealership and brand professionally at all times
Requirements
  • Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
  • Proven success in a sales‑driven, target‑focused role
  • Proactive, organised, and confident in closing deals
  • Ideally some main dealer experience
  • Full UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits
  • £12k basic / £14k accredited; OTE £50,000+
  • Mon‑Fri 8:30am‑6pm, Sat 8:30am‑5pm (5‑day week)
  • BH rota 10am‑4pm
  • 23 days' holiday + BH
Referral Scheme
