Join Our Team as a Temporary NPD Technician – Where Innovation Meets Flavour! Are you passionate about food innovation and ready to take your first steps into the world of product development? We’re looking for a Temporary NPD Technician to join our dynamic team and help bring exciting new food concepts to life for major retailers.

What You’ll Be Doing: As an NPD Technician, you’ll play a key role in the end-to-end product development process – from initial concept to launch. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help turn creative ideas into real products that land on supermarket shelves. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas and input will truly matter.

• Knowledgeable in the NPD process and eager to learn more.
• A creative thinker who enjoys solving problems and thinking outside the box.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong communicator and natural team player.
• Passionate about food and excited by the idea of developing new products.

• A graduate in Food Technology or a similar science-related degree.
• At least 1 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment.

• Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar customer facing NPD food industry role and Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
