Overview

Bralin Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Shot Blast Technician to join a leading manufacturer in Winsford. This is a hands-on role, preparing steel components for protective coating, and offers long-term opportunities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing steel components through shot blasting for protective coating
  • Ensuring all work meets health & safety regulations
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area
  • Minimising waste and using materials efficiently
  • Supporting other production tasks when required (training provided)
What We're Looking For
  • Previous hands-on experience in shot blasting or paint-spraying
  • Background in commercial vehicle bodywork or trailer manufacturing (desirable)
  • Experience with automotive painting on stainless steel, mild steel, or aluminium
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work to production targets
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Hours of Work
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
  • Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
  • (Some flexibility required - occasional evening or weekend work may be needed)
