As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company by leading our sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and increase market share.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to continually exceed sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Identify potential clients and research their business needs to effectively present and sell SmartPandas products and solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and promptly respond to customer inquiries and concerns.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies accordingly.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budget proposals to upper management.

- Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve product offerings and develop new sales strategies.

- Develop sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote SmartPandas products.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the software industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
