A leading contractor in construction is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor for a new build commercial project in Central Oxford. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and strong leadership skills, ensuring high standards of work and safety on site. This long-term role offers a competitive pay rate of £200.00 to £260.00 per day. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager/Supervisor on commercial developments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and health & safety legislation (e.g., SMSTS/SSSTS).
• CSCS Card required.
• First Aid at Work certification.

• Pay Rate: £200.00- £260.00 day rate (CIS)/Umbrella
• Start next week.

About the Role

One of our leading contractors is looking for a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to start immediately on a new build commercial project in central Oxford. This is a long-term role for someone who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of on-site activities.

• Supervising and managing trades and subcontractors.
