Showroom Sales Manager - Bathroom Design & Retail Sales

Location: Inverness

Basic Salary: £32,000 + OTE circa £40,000

Overview

Are you a results-driven Sales Manager with a flair for design and customer service? Do you have the passion and drive to lead a busy bathroom showroom to success? We're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Showroom Sales Manager to join our successful branch team.

The Role

As Showroom Sales Manager, you\'ll take ownership of delivering outstanding sales results, inspiring customers to create their dream bathrooms. From design consultation to final sale, you\'ll be responsible for managing the full customer journey, ensuring every experience is first-class.

Responsibilities

• Driving bathroom showroom sales by building lasting customer relationships and winning new business.
• Managing the full end-to-end sales process, ensuring customers\' needs are at the heart of everything.
• Growing revenue through cross-selling to trade and retail customers.

About You
