A leading automotive parts provider is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and motivate the Parts Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance while ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and excellent communication abilities.
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with the high-quality Genuine Parts and products which customers need to ensure they can service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group along with Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars and Commercial Vehicles. As Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, the TPS Sales Manager is responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
