Senior Royalties Assistant | Music Industry | London/Hybrid
Our client has a long-standing presence in the music industry and is recognised for its eclectic artist roster and creative output. With a small, collaborative team, they continue to play a key role in their sector, offering a dynamic and supportive environment for employees.
They're now looking to hire a Senior Royalties Assistant to join the finance function and play a key role in the accurate and efficient management of royalties across their portfolios.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a detail-oriented role, and is looking to join a mission-led organisation where their work will have a meaningful impact.
The Role
Working closely with the Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of royalty processing, statement preparation, and internal royalty reporting. You'll also be involved in reconciling income data, responding to royalty queries, and ensuring systems are up to date with the latest catalogue information.
The right candidate will bring strong Excel skills, an analytical mindset, and ideally some experience within the music or entertainment industries. Experience working with royalty software (especially Curve or similar) would be a strong advantage, though not essential.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week expected in office.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
