Job description

Position Objective: The Support Associate supports a customer- and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and organizing the stockroom. We love what we do and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment; reorganize merchandise to optimize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
  • Accurately enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and handle store transfers and locate requests.
  • Receive and process visual materials, props, signage; store hardware properly.
  • Participate in pricing adjustments and markdowns.
  • Notify management of cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual merchandising directives like floorsets, window displays, signage, etc.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience
  • Support and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, providing a cohesive omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment for problem-solving.
  • Seek personal development opportunities and welcome feedback.

Additional duties may be assigned. This role may vary across different brands.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers and team via headset.

Attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Walking/Standing: 67-100% of shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.: 1-33% of shift.
  • Frequent climbing: 34-66% of shift.
