A growing technology firm in Cardiff is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their dynamic commercial team. This role is pivotal in managing the early sales pipeline and collaborating closely with leadership to convert interest into revenue. Candidates should have at least 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience and showcase strong communication skills across various channels. This position offers a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and clear progression paths within the business.

That's why we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to sit at the heart of the commercial team, working day-to-day with the Founder & the Head of Commercial, and playing a critical role in turning interest into revenue.
This isn't your typical SDR role. It’s a high-impact position for someone who wants to :
Before you read further, please note this is a role based in Cardiff (minimum 3 days a week in-person).
You’ll sit between marketing and sales, taking ownership of early-stage pipeline.
Over time, you’ll start to take on your own deals, with a clear pathway to Account Exec.
We care far more about potential than polish.
Experience in SaaS / tech / AI is helpful, but not essential. Hunger, intelligence and coachability matter more than logos on a CV.
