Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word is essential.

- Manage subcontractor invoice processing.
- Process payments to subcontractors.
- Assist with worker onboarding and personal information updates.
- Process employee expense claims and their payments.
- Handle general phone calls and inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the Payroll/Subcontractor/HR Onboarding team.

- Strong numeracy and typing skills
