Description

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure all statutory deductions are calculated and submitted correctly.
• Prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in implementing payroll process improvements where needed.
• Adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards in all payroll activities

Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

• Previous experience in payroll processing or a related field.
• A strong understanding of payroll systems and procedures.
• Knowledge of applicable payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Job Offer
