A leading construction company in the UK is looking for a Functional Analyst to support HCM and Payroll Modules. You'll be providing first-line support, driving process improvement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The Functional Analyst will perform first line support of the HCM and Payroll Modules. Supporting the HR Process Lead in reviewing Issues and providing resolutions for Problem areas and the review of quarterly Opt-In functionality to leverage continual improvement. Support the delivery of quarterly release testing particularly the releases of Redwood.

At least 3 years of working in an Oracle Support Team. This to include level 1 support, call handling and working with the customer.
