A leading accountancy firm is looking for an experienced Payroll Team Member to join their dynamic payroll team. This role involves processing payrolls accurately and liaising with clients and internal departments. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years' experience in payroll, strong interpersonal skills, and great attention to detail. Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience working in a payroll environment.
  • Experience with Paycircle or other payroll software is preferred.
  • Ideally have experience of working within a professional services firm.

  • Prepare salaries, process auto-enrolment, and complete statutory calculations.

Our incredible Payroll team are on the lookout for an experienced and talented individual to join them as they embark on their next phase of growth. As a Payroll Team Member, you will be supporting the team to ensure payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently in line with client deadlines – preparing salaries, processing auto‑enrolment, and completing statutory calculations and cost reconciliations for multiple payrolls. We're a national team, giving you the flexibility to work from any of our UK hubs. Travel to an office is required once a week. As a Payroll Assistant, you'll need to have great interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively liaise with other departments, stakeholders and external clients, as well as the ability to oversee a team and support with the implementation of new processes and procedures. You will be organised and have incredible attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years' experience working in a payroll environment
  • Experience with Paycircle is preferred, or alternatively experience with multiple payroll software
  • Ideally have experience of working within a professional services firm
