A leading accountancy firm is looking for an experienced Payroll Team Member to join their dynamic payroll team. This role involves processing payrolls accurately and liaising with clients and internal departments. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years' experience in payroll, strong interpersonal skills, and great attention to detail. The position offers flexibility, generous leave, and a vibrant workplace culture.

As a Payroll Team Member, you will be supporting the team to ensure payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently in line with client deadlines – preparing salaries, processing auto‑enrolment, and completing statutory calculations and cost reconciliations for multiple payrolls. We're a national team, giving you the flexibility to work from any of our UK hubs. Travel to an office is required once a week. As a Payroll Assistant, you'll need to have great interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively liaise with other departments, stakeholders and external clients, as well as the ability to oversee a team and support with the implementation of new processes and procedures. You will be organised and have incredible attention to detail.
