WH Scott Group is looking for an experienced and reliable Payroll Administrator to manage the day‑to‑day payroll process for our teams across the UK and Ireland. This is a part‑time position that offers flexibility in location and hours. You'll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain employee records, and provide administrative support to the HR and Finance departments.

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records
  • Calculate overtime, holiday pay, and deductions
  • Liaise with HR and Finance regarding new starters, leavers, and changes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax and employment legislation (UK & Ireland)
  • Respond to payroll queries from employees in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare payroll reports for management
  • Previous experience managing payroll (UK and/or Ireland)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
