Integration Administrator – Payroll (Fixed Term)

Salary: £24,370 - £30,462 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Hybrid (Home & Office) / Doncaster, DN4 5NU

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an organised, adaptable, and collaborative Integration Administrator to support the integration of acquired businesses into our payroll system. You will play a key role in ensuring payroll data is accurately transferred, processes are consistent, and all statutory requirements are met.

The ideal candidate must have:
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel for reporting, calculations, and data management. Excel proficiency is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with colleagues, managers, and external agencies.
  • Practical experience transferring payroll data between systems, ensuring accuracy and continuity.
  • Familiarity with gross-to-net calculations, tax coding notices, and benefits in kind.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
What will you be doing?
  • Supporting the integration of acquired businesses into the payroll system.
  • Assisting in merging payroll data and processes, including data mapping, testing, and validation.
  • Designing and maintaining timesheet formats tailored to different contracts.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, and expenses.
  • Completing weekly/monthly payrolls and processing all relevant documentation.
  • Handling statutory deductions (NIC, PAYE), sick pay, maternity/paternity payments, and bonus/pension deductions.
  • Investigating and resolving payroll queries, liaising with HMRC and other agencies as needed.
  • Collaborating with HR and site management on payroll matters.
