Sales and Marketing Manager - Summary of Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to drive the visibility and growth of Amspec across key sectors including Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Industrial, Commercial Office Fit-Outs/Refurbishments & Rail industry (RISQS).
As well as to increase opportunities within our Bespoke Joinery facility.
The successful candidate will create meaningful content, build relationships, and collect insights and data from our marketing efforts to support business development.
Youll play a key role in identifying trends, uncovering leads, and presenting actionable information to the Amspec Senior Leadership Team.

Sales and Marketing Manager - Key Information

Based at our Head Office in Pemberton, Wigan, WN5 8EA.
Open to either Full time or Part time hours

Sales and Marketing Manager - Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Build brand awareness through engaging, sector relevant content and campaigns.
Monitor and collect data from our social media channels & new website to identify patterns, opportunities, and potential leads.
Present relevant marketing insights to the Amspec Senior Leadership Team, helping steer conversations and strategic direction. NOTE: Our Marketing strategy will be shared with the successful candidate.
Attend networking events to represent Amspec and develop new business relationships.
Identify opportunities within target sectors noted above.
Access our online RISQS portal and search for opportunities and supplier events.
Collaborate with the Senior Pre-construction Manager & Managing Director to create introductions for technically led business development opportunities.
Provide creative ideas to showcase our bespoke joinery offering enhancing our market presence within this sector.
Work alongside our teams (Design, Pre-construction, Contracts, Site Management, Joinery Design & Manufacturing) to understand our projects and create relevant stories.
Work with our pre-construction team to identify and bid for framework agreements.

Sales and Marketing Manager - Desirable experience

Background in Construction, Design & Build, or related Industries
Experience with Digital Media Marketing tools and Analytics.
Previous experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Marketing role
