Job Details Marketing Director (FTC Maternity Cover) - Popeyes UK, Ealing HQ We’re looking for a Marketing Director to join Popeyes UK on a fixed term maternity cover contract. The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the execution of Popeyes UK’s brand and marketing strategy, ensuring high-quality, insight-led delivery across all channels. This role oversees national campaigns, digital and CRM activity, PR, social, media planning and local restaurant marketing, turning strategy into outstanding and commercially effective execution.   • Lead the execution of the UK marketing plan, turning strategic priorities into actionable plans and channel activation
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across brand, media, PR, social, CRM, digital and local marketing
  • Oversee media planning, buying and optimisation to improve reach, efficiency and commercial return
  • Drive digital and CRM performance to increase guest acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Lead marketing for new restaurant openings to ensure strong awareness, footfall and early trading performance
  • Manage and elevate agency performance to deliver high-quality creative and seamless execution
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Property, Delivery, Finance and Commercial to ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Lead and develop the marketing team to maintain pace, quality and brand excellence What You Will Have Done
